Vista batter saver got Danish locale! + RC2 branch

Great thank (how will it be in Danish?) to Bjarke Istrup Pedersen for Danish translation of Vista Batter Saver.

    I love this program, but I never use the Windows Sidebar to begin with and the power saver restores it every time I plug in to an outlet.  Is there anything that can be done about that?  Like, an option to ignore windows sidebar settings, or to just outright disable windows sidebar?
