		<description>&lt;p&gt;For anyone who exeprienced the switch from 2003 version of managed C++ to 2005 version, this epythaph was on the wall. Also, for anyone who tried to actually port legacy C++ code to managed (has there ever been another justification for managed C++ with its ^ gcnew obscure syntax)?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As far as native is concerned, it&#039;s funny you discard this realm as not relevant. Note that many products are still developed in C becasue C++ is not considered efficient enough.&lt;/p&gt;
