		<description>It is a great artical. I want build a standalone silverlight application. But When I use TCP Socket funtions to access a IP device in my LAN it gives AccessDenied error. But I wa able to build a WPF application, and it worked. I use a port (4502 - 4532). The reason to use Silverligt is to convert this application to a VISTA Sidebar Gadget. Any help is appriciated. Thanks</description>
