Hello,

I took a quick glance at your code and noticed that it uses the hard-coded English prefix for the profile-files.
I’m working on a Dutch Vista edition and profile files have a Dutch prefix, but your program is looking for a file with the English prefix.

Hopes this helps to fix the program, seems like quite a lot of people find it usefull!

Hello, I cannot get your program, wireless migrator to work in Vista, even if I run it in compatibility mode. Do you know of any vista updates or work arounds I can do.

trying to run it as administrator on vista SP1 + all latest patches and upgrades and get the following error message:

Hi Tamir,
I get to have a new laptop every 2 or 3 years and BackupWireless.exe will be a life saver. I’m using Vista Ultimate, Service Pack 1 and get the same error as Benster. Could it be an issue with Service Pack 1? I tried disabling my virus scanner, and tried running from an administrator command prompt as well as just double clicking in Explorer.
Any thoughts?

I'm not sure but it appears that this only works on Vista, is that the case? I run it on my XP laptop and it crashes. Also the commands you have listed do not work on same XP laptop, I get an error:

C:\WINDOWS>netsh wlan show profiles

The following command was not found: wlan show profiles.

Do you know of a way to do this on XP?
